Flakes are produced from fresh, top quality cauliflower. The raw vegetable is carefully selected, then washed and dried in the horizontal belt driers by hot air. The final product is then cut into flakes.

This product is used in mainly in gastronomy.

Cauliflower, ground

The product is made from the best quality raw material. Selected cauliflower is washed and cleaned and then dried. Hot air drying takes place in horizontal belt driers. After this cauliflower is grinded to the desired product form.

Used in the food industry.
