The product is obtained from the selected and dried coriander seeds. The drying process takes place in horizontal belt driers, using warm air. During this process we do not use chemicals.

Ground coriander is used in the food industry especially for seasoning meat products, and fish. It is also used in the baking industry to flavor the bread and in the beverage industry as a component of liqueurs and spirits.
