The product is produced out of selected leaves of dried savory. Drying takes place in horizontal belt driers using hot air, without any chemical substances. Dried, sorted and then crushed savory is then sifted to the size specified by the customer's.
Savory is used in the food industry as an ingredient of spice mixtures, as well as in pharmaceutical industry in drug production.
