The product is obtained by grinding fully cleaned and dried selected lovage. Drying lovage is conducted using hot air in horizontal belt driers, without chemicals.

Lovage is used in the food industry, among others in the process of Maggi, cooking cubes and spice mixtures production.

Fresh, selected herb leaves are being purified and dried. Drying by hot air is conducted in horizontal belt driers, without any chemical substances. Dried and sorted and then crushed and cut lovage is then sifted to the size specified in the customer's specifications.

Lovage is used in food industry as an ingredient of maggi, cooking cubes and spice mixtures.
