Flakes are made from the best quality celery root.

During the production process celery root is repeatedly washed and purified, and then softened with steam under pressure and peeled. The processed vegetable is then blanched and dried with hot air and cut into a fraction specified by the client.

Flakes of celery root are used mainly in the food industry.
