Dehydrated soup vegetables contain dried and pulverized roots of carrots, parsley, celery, and leek leaves. Vegetables are produced in the process of hot-air drying and then cutting to the size specified in the customers order.

Dried vegetables have similar content of minerals and vitamins to fresh vegetables.

The product is used mainly in gastronomy for vegetable soups production.
