Flakes are made from the best quality parsley root.
During the production process parsley root is repeatedly washed and purified, then softened with steam under pressure and peeled. The processed vegetable is then blanched and dried with hot air and chopped into a fraction specified by the client.
Flakes of parsley root are used mainly in the cookery industry.
Taste – typical for dry parsley, no foreign after-taste
