The product is made from hot air dried white cabbage. Cabbage before any processing is repeatedly washed and selected, to avoid any undesired contaminants. Hot air drying takes place in horizontal belt driers. Before drying, the cabbage is cut and sterilized.
The product is used mainly in the catering, bakery, masarnictwie and fish processing.
