The product is obtained from the selected, sterilized and finely grinned dried basil leaves. The process of drying is carried out using hot air. No chemicals are used during this process.

Ground basil used in the food industry as an ingredient of spice mixtures also in the beverage industry and as a component of pharmaceutical drugs.

Dried product is obtained from selected basil leaves. Hot air drying is done without any chemicals. Once the basil is sorted and dried it is crushed and shredded and then sifted to the fraction specified in the customer's specifications.

Dried Basil is commonly added to tomato sauces, fish, salad dressings and pasta (especially in Italian cuisine). It is a common ingredient of spice mixtures and liqueurs. In pharmaceutical industry used during the production of medicaments.
