Dried product is obtained from selected basil leaves. Hot air drying is done without any chemicals. Once the basil is sorted and dried it is crushed and shredded and then sifted to the fraction specified in the customer's specifications.
Dried Basil is commonly added to tomato sauces, fish, salad dressings and pasta (especially in Italian cuisine). It is a common ingredient of spice mixtures and liqueurs. In pharmaceutical industry used during the production of medicaments.
