The product is obtained in the process of grinding dried oregano leaves. Oregano herbs are selected and sterilized and then grinned into a fine flour. Drying is done using hot air on a horizontal belt driers without any chemical substances.

It is used to enhance the dish flavor and also as an ingredient of seasoning mixes.
