Rock table salt

The product is manufactured from natural, mined in salt mine, high-quality, rock salt. No chemicals are used during the production process.

Table salt rock is intended for industry and household food processing. It contains no allergens and GMO.

  • NaCl – min 97 %
  • H2O – max 0,5%
  • water- insoluble substances – max 1,5 %
  • Ca - max 0,6 %
  • SO4 - max 1,45%
Physical properties
  • Flavour – salty, spicy, specific
  • Color/form – white, microcrystalline powder
  • Odour – no strange odours
  • No mechanical contamination
Packaging/best before use
  • Packaging - 25 kg, 50 kg valve polypropylene bags
  • Best before date - 2 years following production date on the packaging or the collection from the producer
  • Storage conditions - dry warehouses, max 75% relative humidity, dry, light protected
